Hubby is wheat allergic. If you need food ideas, let me know. I can't eat wheat anymore either, since they can cause the kind of kidney stones I had last year. Which means even more imagination in what we eat.

Neither of these are age related, but like you I heard lots of "expect this to keep going... you are almost 60 after all."
