Over on Chalkboard, we solved this (and a number of similar issues) by creating the Medium account Chalkboard. All the email goes there, so we can all see it. Letters (when we send them) get sent from that account. Etc.

In all honesty, I send my weekly note about the one liner prompt via MailChimp. Much easier.
